"The Assassin" is a highly anticipated martial arts film that won the Best Feature and Best Director awards at the 52nd Taiwan Film Festival. Directed by Hou Hsiao-hsien and starring actors such as Shu Qi and Zhang Zhen, the film tells the legendary story of a female assassin named Nie Yinniang.
