These restricted shares are known as locked-up shares. After a certain period and in accordance with relevant regulations and agreements, these locked-up shares are gradually released from their restrictions, allowing them to be freely traded in the market. This process is referred to as stock unlocking.

The impact of stock unlocking on the market is complex. On one hand, the influx of a large number of locked-up shares into the market after unlocking can increase the supply in the market, potentially exerting pressure on stock prices and leading to a decline.
