The term "creditor" refers to a person who has the right to demand repayment of a debt from a debtor, also known as a borrower or lender. Creditors can be anyone, including natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations, who are entitled to demand repayment of a debt.
Creditors' rights mainly include requesting the debtor to repay the debt, demanding compensation for losses when the debtor fails to repay the debt, and requesting the debtor to provide guarantees or pursue repayment through legal means when the debtor is unable to repay the debt. Creditors' obligations mainly include reporting their claims within the time limit prescribed by law, complying with the repayment plan or agreement agreed with the debtor, and supervising the debtor to repay the debt in accordance with the plan.
