Firstly, integrating the NCMS helps improve the fairness of medical security. Currently, there are differences in the security level and reimbursement policies of the NCMS in various regions, leading to unfair issues for farmers in accessing medical security. By integrating the NCMS, we can establish unified policy standards to ensure that farmers nationwide can enjoy fair medical security benefits.

Secondly, integrating the NCMS helps enhance the utilization efficiency of medical resources.
