刘铁男为什么在廊坊受审？

廊坊市中级人民法院近日依法对原国家发展和改革委员会副主任、国家能源局局长刘铁男受贿案进行了一审宣判，认定刘铁男犯受贿罪，判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，没收个人全部财产。
