除权是什么意思？

除权指的是股票的发行公司依一定比例分配股票给股东，作为股票股利，此时增加公司的资本，股东在公司中的权益比重也有所变化。

具体来说，当一家上市公司宣布送股或配股时，就会除权。因为利用利润派送股本后，虽然公司的资产和负债不会发生变化，但股本和股东权益会相应增加。而除权就是把这些增加的股本和股东权益除去，使公司的总市值与进行派送股本之前的总市值一样。这样做的目的是为了使公司的股价表现更合理。

此外，除权还有另一种形式，即现金分红。现金分红是上市公司给股东分配现金股利的一种方式，同样会除权。
