The main purpose of PPP recommendation projects is to attract more private capital to participate in public infrastructure construction, so as to reduce the government's financial pressure, improve service quality and efficiency. The implementation process of PPP recommendation projects includes project identification, project preparation, project procurement, project implementation, and project handover.
