Under such circumstances, agricultural production is not only severely affected but also has adverse impacts on the lives of local residents. Therefore, it is an urgent task to scientifically and reasonably address the precipitation issue in South Xinjiang.
目前,南疆地区已经采取了多项措施来解决降水不足的问题。其中一项重要举措是修建水利设施,包括水库、灌溉渠道等。这些设施的建设可以有效地收集和储存雨水,并将其用于农田灌溉和生活用水。此外,南疆还加大了水资源调度的力度,通过引水和调水等方式,将水资源从丰富的地区输送到干旱的地区,以满足当地居民和农业生产的需求。
Currently, South Xinjiang has implemented various measures to address the issue of insufficient precipitation. One important measure is the construction of water conservancy facilities, including reservoirs and irrigation channels. These facilities effectively collect and store rainwater, which can be used for irrigation in farmland and domestic water needs. In addition, South Xinjiang has also increased efforts in water resource allocation, by diverting and transferring water from areas with abundant resources to dry areas, in order to meet the needs of local residents and agricultural production.
除了水利设施的修建和水资源调度外,南疆还注重提高农业生产的水资源利用效率。通过科学种植、节水灌溉技术的推广和应用,可以最大限度地减少因为农业生产而造成的水资源浪费。同时,南疆还加大了对水资源的监控和管理,对超量使用水资源的行为进行严格的查处和处罚,以确保水资源的合理使用。
In addition to the construction of water conservancy facilities and water resource allocation, South Xinjiang also focuses on improving the water resource utilization efficiency in agricultural production. By promoting and applying scientific planting techniques and water-saving irrigation technologies, water wastage caused by agricultural production can be minimized. At the same time, South Xinjiang has also strengthened the monitoring and management of water resources, and strict investigations and penalties are imposed on excessive use of water resources, to ensure their rational utilization.
虽然南疆地区在解决降水不足问题方面已经取得了一些成效,但是仍然面临一定的挑战。未来,需要进一步加强科学研究,探索新的水资源利用技术和措施。同时,南疆还应加大对农民的培训和教育力度,提高他们对水资源管理的意识和能力。只有通过共同努力,才能够更好地解决南疆地区的降水问题,使其成为一个富饶、宜居的地方。
Although some progress has been made in addressing the issue of insufficient precipitation in South Xinjiang, there are still challenges ahead. In the future, it is necessary to further strengthen scientific research and explore new technologies and measures for water resource utilization. At the same time, South Xinjiang should increase training and education efforts for farmers, improving their awareness and capabilities in water resource management.
