股票如果退市钱怎么办

然而，如果上市公司因破产而退市，情况就比较糟糕了。公司破产会进行清偿，首先清偿企业的破产费用，接着是员工工资、国家税金和一般债券，最后才轮到普通股民的股票清偿。但能否拿到清偿资金，很大程度上取决于公司的经济状况。

But whether the liquidation funds can be obtained largely depends on the company's economic situation.

For investors, when facing the risk of stock delisting, they should remain calm and pay timely attention to the company's announcements and relevant information. During the risk warning period, they should resolutely sell the stocks to reduce losses.
