There are different popular phrases for housing provided for low- and middle-income earners, such as "economically suitable housing", "low-rent housing", and "public rental housing". These phrases represent different measures taken by the government or society to solve the housing problems of low- and middle-income earners. Among them, "economically suitable housing" refers to the construction of housing for low- and middle-income families at relatively low prices; "low-rent housing" refers to housing provided by the government for low-income families at relatively low rents; "public rental housing" refers to housing provided by the government or society at relatively low rents, mainly for urban middle-income earners and migrant workers. The implementation of these housing policies aims to enable more people to enjoy basic living conditions and improve the quality of life.
