However, in practical application, it is often used to describe individuals who demonstrate their wisdom and cleverness only after a situation has unfolded, failing to anticipate or take action beforehand.

The behavior of the post-facto commentator often carries a certain irony. These individuals tend to appear wise and insightful, offering profound insights and suggestions only after the outcome of a situation is clear. However, during the actual unfolding of events, they often remain silent or may even make erroneous judgments or decisions. This behavior of being clever only after the fact, while it may give a sense of intelligence, actually holds little value as the outcome cannot be altered.

To avoid becoming a post-facto commentator, we should strive to improve our predictive abilities and decision-making skills.
