What is Full Turnover?

In the stock market, "full turnover" is a commonly used term that describes the number of times all outstanding shares of a stock are bought and sold by traders within a certain trading period. In other words, when the turnover rate of a stock reaches 100% in a single day, it means that all outstanding shares of that stock have been bought and sold at least once that day.

Turnover rate, also known as liquidity rate, is an important indicator for assessing the activity and liquidity of a stock. The formula for calculating the turnover rate is: Turnover Rate = Daily Trading Volume / Outstanding Shares of the Stock × 100%. When the turnover rate approaches or reaches 100%, it indicates that the trading of that stock is very active, and investor participation is high.

The emergence of "full turnover" is often accompanied by certain market conditions.
